A Sunny Place For Shady People are a a 4 piece hip-hop collective hailing from Brighton, comprising of Harvs Le Toad, Samuel, Karl Sage & BNMO.

I had the pleasure of seeing them perform this track live at Crate in Nottingham a couple of months ago, as they were hosted by TH3 Collective, and I've been waiting for its release so I could hear it again.

A catchy blend of broken beats and lyrical hooks, it's mellow and hard in equal measures. It'll have you nodding your head in the car on a sunny drive. It's reminiscent of early Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn tracks, but with a fresh take. Really nice work from the Brighton natives, and hopefully a sign of more new music to come in the near future.
